It's probably as good as any of them... they invert the two channels and
sum them together, usually rolling off the low end of one of them so that
bass in the center isn't cancelled out. It works great on some mixes and
terrible on others... if there is stuff that isn't in the center (like
stereo reverb on the vocals) it won't go away. If there is stuff other
than the vocal in the center (like the lead guitar on Revolution), it will
go away.
