What is the right equipment for a single voice project for duplication on the web?

Hi all,

I got a million bucks but do not really know what is out there today
for having a single person to record a specific material and post it
on the web. The deal is this, I have a mega idea on hand, utilizing
many peoples talent to record their voices and get paid for it. What I
need is the specific equipment for them to do this. Not the ultimate
equipment! Just something simple/decent and affordable for the
masses.

If you "got a million bucks" then hire a profesional who
can work with you and discover exactly what your
requirements are.

If you want any help here, revealing that you "got a million
bucks" isn't buying you any sympathy (or credibility). OTOH,
some objective facts and requirements would make us more
likely to take you seiously.
