Bose QC2 Head Set Parts

I have an older Bose QC2 Head Set. The adjustable right side slider is
cracked and broken. Anyone know where I can get parts for this? I'm a
bit dissapointed in the structural integrity of this expensive
headset.

Re: Bose QC2 Head Set Parts

Thanks for the info. I contacted Bose and I'm getting the QC3 for $100
wite te excange of my broken QC2. Could have gotten the direct
replacement for QC2 for $50.00 but I like the QC3 better.

Good customer service.

Why don't you get a pair maxells for $30? They're better quality than the
bose and the only thing they don't have is a $200/headphone marketing
budget.
