Gyrocopter with slightly bigger wheels- but at least its a bike that
can do some damage back if it gets rear-ended.

I just love how ignorant media heads toss around words without knowing what
they're talking about. The dumb bitch newscaster makes reference to Harleys,
but that concraption has absolutely nothing to do with Harleys. :|

Words like braze and weld?

I know I shouldn't have, but I couldn't help myself. I'll go sit in
the corner for a while.

I don't think we (in the group sense) have one.

Shoot, Jedediah had one of those in The Road Warrior (circa 1981).

But seriously, a glut of these things filling the low-altitude
skies is just asking for trouble. I mean, a few prolly ain't gonna
hurt much, but future flying cars are generally a bad idea if you ask
me. Especially judging from the current driver's license testing
requirements (warning: our 18 year old daughter is on the roads!).

Side note: After obtaining his pilot's license, my brother remarked
that driver's license teasting was as thorough as pilot's license
testing there'd be a lot less accidents on the roads... and a lot less
drivers.

Agreed. I've always felt that a drivers' test should be a proficiency
test, and not a basic skills test.

At least it would probably limit illegals from running from the scene of an
accident. Or walking. Or crawling.
