Very, make that VERY cool!

And, please, stay safe.

Eh...maybe. I don't really *need* full-on knobbies on it, as the sheer
size and weight will keep me out of the gnarly stuff where I would
need them. I wouldn't mind some nice aggressive dirt tires, though.
I'm definitely getting some Dual Sport tires for it. The tires on it
now are nice sticky ones and I have a feeling they aren't going to
last too long. I dunno...if I ran into a decent set of wheels for not
a lot of money I would probably get them.

Nice to have you back, BTW <G>

Willard has one of those. KTM hubs work fine if you can find
used ones to save a few bucks. We did the indoor MX stuff
last winter and he rode with the knobblys he built.

Cool ride. 115mph clocked at Mid-Ohio track day and can
do indoor MX by changing wheels. I think supermoto track
has to be the most fun on one though.

Go fast. Take chances.

Thanks. It's not exactly a glamorous sport for a woman, and the
leathers aren't too terribly flattering, but that's ok; Eric likes `em

Tami,
Please don't misinterprate anything I said. I think both you and Erik
are lucky to have each other. Just imagine going through the real
world as a guy and seeing a picture of a beautiful girl standing next
to a complimentary beautiful bike. She not only knows what the bike is
but she can ride it and does. Most women would be overjoyed to have a
new washer and dryer but you won't settle for anything less than a red
rocket. I enjoy just seeing it. Congratulations. OF

I didn't.

Oh, we are <G>

Ugh! No thanks!

Why, thank you!

Well, I do OK on a bike, I guess.

True! Once again, I chose to buy a new bike instead of re-doing the
linoleum in the kitchen. I'm beginning to think the "Oh, honey, we
can't afford it" argument isn't going to hold water much longer <G>

Thanks! Hey, didja see where Bishop was voted #1 place to live in CA
if you love the outdoors? Eric really likes it there...alot.

What happens in 600 miles? I hope you're not doing the baby for the
first buncha mile thing! Beat the snot out of it, then give us a
report (and ticket total).

I subscribe to these theories, and I have personally derived anecdotal
evidence that it works - ring seating technique was big time evident
with my CRF:

Gaak! As though going to the supermarket isn't "exotic" enough...

There you go with that wishful thinking again...

Another mototune devotee, I see.

Tami, nice bike. Any plans on how to deal with the guys that'll be
following you home?

Attack dogs, perhaps?

WhooHooo! Welcome to the SuMo Club.
I feel sorry for your other street bikes. They
will be sooo lonely sitting in the garage
together day after day....
Cheers, SloCalSpode

Yeah, me too. I got someone coming to look at my FZR this week. That
one's gonna hurt when it gets rolled down the driveway for the last
time.

Yeah, I washed the SV last week, thinking it wasn't going to be
getting much love once the Husky came home. I rode the SV to work this
morning and instead of really enjoying it like I do every day, all I
could think was "These brakes suck!"
