I've been using Firefox for a few months since whenever that was...
Most of the benefits are invisible to me since I'm the slob in slob
enabaled. I sort of like the tabs vs. multiple windows thing... until I want
to exit and it's like "dude, you have other tabs open". Even my daughter was
telling me to go Firefox.. I'm really not sure what all the fuss is about,
but whatever works is OK with me.
YMMV
d
Fedex dot com was chewing camel cud last week, if that helps.

That's an option. Tools/Preferences/Tabs -- I think. I use the Tab Mix
Plus extension (add-on) which gives a number of useful options.

If you have a lot of IE bookmarks you're wasting humongous amounts of
space -- each one is a file, with the minimum size being whatever you
(or Gate$) decided you wanted when you set up the machine. Yeah, HD
space is cheap, but that's still no reason to throw it away with both hands.

I exclusively never use IE, except when son had to register for SAT's
and the damn site would ONLY work with IE.

I use Firefox mostly, and sometimes Safari at work on windowsPC's, and
Safari mostly and sometimes Firefox at home on OSX's. ups . com works
perfectly on windows, and now suddenly not at all on OSX.

Even collegeboard . com will work with OSX now. Just get it right you
moron web developers.
