Before you do ANTHING, offer us proof ( offer your CUSTOMERS
proof ) that this thing is DOT-approved, and that you have an
appropriate level of insurance to indemnify anyone who uses one and
ends up in an accident ( for any of the various related causes
mentioned here - welds breaking due to over stress, steering getting
light, etc )
Offer your customers PROOF that it has gone through appropiate
UL and DOT and independent lab safety testing and certification. Show
them the enginereing specs. PROVE that you indemnify them from any
accident that results from poor product design or manufacture, and
that you have the financial where-with-all to back it up.
Until then, you're just selling a 'garage workshop'
jerry-rigged gizmo of unknown performance qualities ( your buddy in
the funny hat sitting on one doesn't count as 'safety testing' ), and
unknown liability for the user.

Then you shouldn't advertise on your website that people can
put a Harley on it.

I don't think that qualifies as 'DOT approval and indepenent
lab testing' either.

I assume you have appropriate warning lights, signs, and
notices as required by law ? NO ?????
