Anybody that does not like the fun in the sun, beach front villas for vacations retirement or second

Im from Chicago and am living in Brazil, Northeast, Fortaleza City.

And what i see here is a crazy real estate boom and the locals are
calling it the foreign invasion...lol

There are so many beautiful beaches here that this boom would have to
last 15 - 20 years to construct on each and evryone of them.

Many of my friends, clients and family members have bought these types
of properties, especially off-plan pre-construction units for
investments, second vacation stress buster homes villas and retirement
properties which makes me say this...

We have direct flights from Miami. It is mostly the Europeans that are
taking advantage of this great steady climate with no
earthquakes,tornadoes, hurricanes or other Acts of God & Nature
(tsunami)etc.....

Another thing, the cost of living is low and doing business in Brazil
has never been better for us (Foreigners).

Why to heck is Donald Trump building golf courses in Northeast Brazil?
Doesnt he have more interesting places to go?

And why is Goldman&Sachs,Barclays Wealth Management, USB, Allianz and
iShares all investing in Brazilian Real Estate Hedge Funds???

Why did Samuel Zell liquidify most of his assets, cruise ships
etc...and poured so much capital into two Brazilian construction
companies???

Whats with this MUST OWN A MANSION IN BRAZIL CLUB between all the
Hollywood stars, Sports Stars and Singers all about???

Are people just going nuts or what??? Isnt Brazil like a third world
country very dangerous poor and no good at all type of place???

President Bush on his way to Brazil to meet President Lula??? What is
this world coming to???

And like these properties cost a third of real estate in Bahamas and
the Caribbeans. Why would you want things that are so cheap anyways???
