Celebrex works great! When I can get it, I use it on muscle spasms in my
back.
I'd avoid using Celebrex daily, AFAIK it blocks soft tissue regeneration
(or was that Naproxen?).
So your soft tissues are inflamed/degenerated, but the drug you are
taking to block the discomfort inhibits the body's ability to heal said
tissues.
I use a cocktail consisting of 2 extra strength asprin combined with 2
extra strength tylenol. This combo was blind tested and provided more
pain relief than morphine, without the annoying side effect of reducing
the amount of alcohol you can consume.
The asprin and the tylenol are from different drug families and when
combined multiply effect (not add) (like mixing downers and whiskey).
And speaking of that a prudent amount of mothers milk added to the A/T
cocktail provides another level of boost.
Hey! I said prudent! The tylenol is hard on your liver and combined with
the alcohol is a double hit that valuable organ.
I'm not a doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night....
