Chicago HD

I used to buy big ticket items or stuff I was not in a hurry to get
On-line at Chicago HD at a 20% discount.

Today I went to order a TC oil pump and lifters and the website is not
taking the part #'s. I hate to spread any green out at the local steeler
as they rarely make me smile.

Shirley some refreshing beverages will loosen the lips of the savvy
parts purchasers in the VB&G.

A 16 pack of the Crane lifters at the local A/P will solve that need
(and provide some inventory for the next disaster) but I still need a
pump.....

I can only get a small break on a Feuling pump ('bout enough to cover
shipping) and don't think they are worth the extra !00.

I've used Surdyke, good prices and parts----a little slow on shipping
(10 days to 2 weeks), but great if you're not in a hurry.

I ordered what I thought was some pretty standard stuff from Zanottis
last year, like tour pak rack, highway pegs, etc. Stuff to outfit my '07
Ultra. Some of it took two months to arrive. How could they be out of
stock for standard stuff and take that long to get?
