Blue shield/Dyno-coat

Has anybody tried these products? What were the results?
I'm near the end of my 58 pan project and have bought new drag pipes for it.
I would like to know if this stuff works or not.
Thanks for your time, Ed

Assuming that you are trying to prevent your pipes from turning blue, there
is nothing that I've seen or used that will prevent discoloration of chrome
when it is exposed to heat. Its just inherent to chrome since it doesn't
dissipate heat very well. Ceramic coating the inside of the pipes is about
the best I've seen, but eventually the chrome will still turn a different
color, usually yellow. IMO, you should save your money and buy some
heat-shields or never start the engine.
