ot: but not really

so I was looking through my mom(motorcycle operations manual) and just laugh
at least on every page the warning "......which could result in death or
serious injury."

My Second thought is how many times is that in the mom?

Third thought how many more times will it be in next years mom?

I am guessing when I get my big project done today I will ponder one of
those questions while I drink my favorite drink.

But my first thought is this: * w w w .youtube . com /watch?v=rZVjKlBCvhg
which leads to this:
* w w w .youtube . com /watch?v=Sv5iEK-IEzw&feature=related
then to this one:

I was bored one evening. Really bored. So I counted how many times that
phrase was in the repair manual for a 2005 Touring bike. I don't recall
the exact number, but it was about 162 or 192...those figures stick in
my mind for some reason.

It made me nervous repairing my own bike.

Shouldn't question mom. Mom warns us of impending dangers all
throughout our lives. That's because mom loves us and doesn't want
anything bad to happen to us. Why do you think "i love mom" tattoos are
so popular? Didn't your mom teach you anything for krist sakes?

You live in Kansas...

I lived in Kansas for awhile. Staring off into the distance can be a
full time occupation there. There's a whole lot of distance to be
stared into there.

And not nearly enough people are up to the task.

I guess a lot of us feel the same way about where we live. The sun setting
over the Gulf of Mexico when the clouds are just right is a sight to behold.
Maybe not as spectacular as a very, very....um..chubby woman in a high rise
red competition tank suit playing volley ball on the sand behind a Beach bar
but real close. Oh wait, I have my mental visions in the wrong columns.
Sorry about that.

One of the things that surprised me when we moved to Mukilfuckingteo on
the west coast was the relative lack of sunset. I suppose it's because
of the mountains and the ocean and all that, but in the summer it would
stay light enough to read a newspaper until almost ten at night and then
in like fifteen minutes it'd be pitch black.

Or maybe that's when the drugs kicked in.

I'm no altogether sure.
