off-topic 'cause it's a Honda, but, some innovation to ponder for those of you groove on that aspect

I ain't gonna say this thing is purty, but, the way the pair of forks
are each turned 90-degrees and then attaching the wheel assemblies to
the vertical axis between the staggered fork tubes is something I don't
recall ever seeing before.

Innovative; not necessarily good-looking.

Steve Stojic spent three years and $15,000 to build his custom bike,
which he named Trikamunga. The bike has two front wheels, extended
chrome forks and many other custom features.
