Old sidecar racer: possible to identify?

This is a snapshot I took in 1963 of a sidecar outfit at a hill-
climb. The photo is not great but I have scanned it at high res, so
maybe someone can iddntify it by the cylinder head?
Please post here if you can recognize the bike or engine. Cheers

looks like a Norton or maybe one of the AMC group, the rocker cover looks
like a Norton
