Slam-Jolt Energy Drink Team sponsorship...
Just seeing who's paying attention. Of course there is no such
thing...in the real world. However, the Fox network's forensic
procedural "Bones" returned last night with all new eps, and the
return episode dealt with the murder of a fictitious road racer
sponsored by the rather ridiculously named product of the subject
line.
Several bits of stock racing footage were used, including some scenes
of Mladin and Spies from last season, and in a typical TV continuity
lapse the color of the dead guy's leathers and bike in the show didn't
match what the guy who was supposed to be him in the real racing
footage had.
Overall it was pretty cheesy but it was still nice to see motorcycle
racing featured in a dramatic series even if in a retarded fashion.
