Honda Rebel CMX250 Trun Signal Flasher where is it located?

Both the left and right turn signals on my Rebel stopped working. The
bulbs are good. My thoughts are that the next most likely part to
fail is the flasher. I have the service manual but it does not show
its physical location. I'd rather not tear things apart looking for
it and since it is no longer working I can listen for clicking.

Can someone decribe where the turn signal flasher is located.

thanks

Mark

Did you look under the side covers?

My Clymer manual says the signal relay is on the electrical panel which
looks like it's located on the right side just to the back of the
battery (and behind the side cover).
