Ilford buys Kentmere

An announcment on the Ilfordphoto web site states that
they have aquired Kentmere.

Kentmere is an old time English maker of photographic
materials, mostly B&W paper. Kentmere also makes the
printing out paper sold as Centenial and perhaps other
brands in the US. Kentmere also makes papers sold under
various house brands by Freestyle and others.

Interesting.

On my last trip to Freestyle almost everything I bought was from Kentmere.
