That is a scan of a Linhof negative punch. Would anyone here know, or even
guess if it has an approximate print frame or negative carrier?

The scan that I saw is a scan of what a Kodak Registration Punch will
do. Used with Dye Transfer matrices and Dye Transfer media. Probably
other uses also.
