I Got Something Stuck In My Crotch And It's Not A D3!

Seems like everyone love my sweet little crotch! When you got it you have
to flaunt it.

Could you at least learn what '1024x768' means?

Thanks. The old D3 is really getting a workout. I had to give it a good
cleaning last weekend as the sensor was getting really cruddy. It's better
than new now.

isn't the d3 supposed to have that
sensor shake thingie? or was that not enough?

Thankfully Nikon didn't put that gimmick on the D3. There's no place for
such nonsense on a pro body. Amazingly you don't hear about too many of
these "dust shakers" actually working on other cameras.

Err.. what do you mean by "crotch".

I understand this may be a play on words, but can you explain what it
means in relation to the bird?

The bird is in the "crotch" (aka fork) of the tree... Rita having a
sense of humor, is also very good at these little play-on-word subject
lines...

- JT
likes the image of the bird

It's American humor. That's why 90% of the world doesn't understand it!

from Douglas,

Hey, Rita,

Some people like crossword puzzles; I'm slowly getting hooked on
deciphering your posts.

Without being able to see the actual picture, I have to read through the
responses and piece things together until I can visualize what you have
shot.

This is why your posts are some of my faves. They give me something to
think about, and they continually remind me to look deeper into every
subject.

Thanks, Rita.

Dudley

Thanks. You've touched on what has become the death of Usenet, a boring and
dry set of posts and people that just don't have the ability to think or
laugh. It seems these groups are inhabited by senior citizens that have one
foot in the grave and are miserable because they can't lift the other one
into the coffin. Maybe this is what growing old is all about? Life is too
much fun to take seriously. I'm glad to make you laugh. Have fun and enjoy
everything.

BTW> How is your little girl doing? I hope she is comfortable?

Don't worry. If Australian Humour (note correct spelling!) 99% of the
world wouldn't understand.

Nice shot, I like how the red on his head is in contrast to the greys
around the picture
