I'm sure NCL hopes so! They wouldn't want to sale empty.

Cruisecritic is a better place to ask this question - go to
<w w w .cruisecritic . com >, click on Boards, scroll down to Roll Calls,
click on Norwegian Cruise Lines, then on the ship, then search for an
entry for your sail date. Unfortunately, there's no consistency in
how dates are entered, and the entries aren't in date order, so your
cruise might be hard to find.

you're looking for, but sometimes there's more than one thread for a
sailing, so you might want to look further down the list.
