Pentax 6x7 to 645 lens adapter

I am having trouble locating a Pentax 6x7 to 645 lens adapter. There
was one at KEH a while ago but it was gone before I managed to buy
it. I have tried googling and checking B&H, Adorama, eBay and
Calumet. Where else should I look?

You will occassionally find these adapters on Ebay. There are a
couple listed right now. Prices generally range from around $70 to
$130. I use one adapting my 45 and 200 67 lenses to 645 body. Works
great and retains automation and infinity focus. As usual, Pentax got
everything right offering these adapters.
Good luck in your search.
Health, Peace

And I ended buying a brand new one for $92. Not too bad, I guess.
