Epson Photoquicker 3.5 gets error at startup and does not start

Hi guys

I have a problem with Epson Photoquicker 3.5. It has been working
correctly for many months. I have just started using it again after
not using it for some time.

When I start it, I receive the following error message:

"Cannot complete processing. There may not be enough available
memory.Try closing all applications and restarting the computer. If
this message appears again after restarting, try increasing memory."

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of. Firstly, I have
about 127 gig of available disk space and 1 Gig RAM so I am sure that
there is enough disk and RAM.

I am starting Photoquicker with no other applications running. I have
also reinstalled the software twice.

Please help!!!!

Thanks
Regards
Greg

Re: Epson Photoquicker 3.5 gets error at startup and does not start

I would contact Epson or Epson's website FAQ's or just
Google the error message since this sounds like a "known
issue". It may be that some other piece of software or
hardware you have installed in the interim may be the real
culprit or if using XP it could even be one of the many
downside issues to installing SP2 on your computer.

For more help here you'll need to tell the group more.

What operating system, which machine, etc. Good luck.

Hi guys

I am running XP (SP2) with all of the latest updates etc. I have
contacted Epson but they simply said that it was an issue with Windows
and therefor they could not help.

I have also spent the last few days Googling without success.

I am hoping this group can provide me with a solution.

Regards
Greg
