Re: Capitalization ?I used to file workers' comp claims for the patients at our clinic, and the
insurance companies were either state-run or private insurance companies,
unless the employees were federal employees, in which case I believe the
claims were filed through the Department of Labor.
I wouldn't capitalize it unless they refer to a specific insurance company.
