Smartype for win and transferring blocks

Ok. My SO had to buy the newest version from Stedman's. He lives in MI and
I live in FL. I emailed him my BLOCKS. He copied into Stedmans ST BLOCKS
folder, but they are not "active." as in, when you type, you can SEE the
names in the screen below, but they are not working. Seems to me we are
missing a step. i did send him my vocab.vcb files and had him select that
as his default vocab, but no go. i have set up ST in the past on several
computers, and never had a problem, so I am thinking there is a step i have
forgotten. Either that, or my version is older and was NOT purchased From
Stedmans, and I'm wondering if they are incompatible.

Any suggestions? I'll try contacting Stedman's later, but figured maybe
someone here has encountered this before.

Nevermind...I figured out. He had copied them wrong. WHEW!!!
