That's the name! He doesn't coddle anyone, bless his heart. I believe for
him it is all about doing what is right for this country and if it
inconveniences the prisoners, tough. I believe his recidivism rate is much
lower than the national average. They recently took his money away that he
had been given for work on the illegal alien problem, and he said he'd
rather have the money back, but if he doesn't get it, it won't keep him from
arresting them anyway.
I'll bet Joe didn't have a nice new bathroom (including shower) installed
nor buy a fancy new rug with the state seal on it for his office like Carty
Finkbeiner did. Someone wrote a letter to the editor about Carty and at the
bottom he said something to the effect of Carty shouldn't call him about
this letter like he had the past letters he wrote. Carty had to tell
reporters that his wife isn't the kind of woman who would put up with abuse
and that he never abused her. Trouble is, when a wife calls the cops, there
is always a record.
