is chewing wax good for teeth

is chewing wax good for teeth

i was told so. chewing on that wax they use innthe shape of tiny
bottles filled with a sweet liquid. there's not much liquid i always
chew on the wax. is it good for my teeth?

They still make that stuff? I haven't seen it in maybe 40 years.

Yeah they still make that stuff. Don't run into it often though.

It's basically soft paraffin, it is unlikely to harm teeth but I
can see no benefit of chewing the stuff.
