high minus Cls

I have progressive myopia which is now off the scale at approximately
-30D CL Rx in each eye. I have been doing very well with lenses until
recently. They don't hurt or anything, and only occasionally dry out,
but as my doc explains, the lens part of the CL keeps slipping away
from the center of my eyes and everything pops out of focus. He
explained that the weight of my lenses has increased so much over the
past few years with the roughly 10D increase in my Rx , and that the
diameter of the lens part of the CL is getting smaller with each
increase, that it is now getting harder to keep them in place over my
pupils. I have been wearing soft lenses (not sure of the make) very
successfully until this recent huge progression, and really don't want
to go to glasses as my vision is very poor with them, even with the
best fit. He also thought that my relatively flat corneas, base curve
8.6, may also be a problem. Any suggestions?
