Are vitamins bad?


I just heard on the BBC World News that a study in Denmark reported
that taking vitamins, especially large doses of vitamins A and D, could
shorten your life!

Overly processed single vitamin a and/or d are not the best options
and may cause problems.

Best to get vitamins a & d from natural sources like fish and cod
liver oil.

Vitamin A from natural sources is just as lethal
as any other kind.

It is nothing new, too much means more harm than good.

But you still need your daily value of all vitamins (not just one in mega
dose)
